  • All artworks are carefully packaged for transit and shipped via tracked services. Shipments include standard courier insurance cover. Additional arrangements can be discussed for commissions as required.

  • All commissions are made to order, so Matilda is unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

  • Artworks are typically shipped domestically via Royal Mail with tracking and usually arrive within 4–5 working days. Alternative arrangements can be discussed where appropriate.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all commissions, with the remaining balance payable upon the artwork’s delivery. Payments are accepted via bank transfer (BACS). Bank details will be provided upon confirmation of the commission via email.
